After a week of research I have found out what bluetooth module I think I need for the RCD310.

9w2 or 9w7. The topic really seems like a minefield.  :shocked:

Got my Torque Pro
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Torque-Pro-Elm-327-Bluetooth/dp/B01AC7I7BO

Now, here is a question, I installed the app, paired with the tablet and can see real time revs, engine temp etc

However, I had a red coolant warning because of a morning frost (pretty common I think) but when I choose scan for logged faults, nothing appears, this is thing working correctly?

I got this thing to catch any errors related to my locked injector on this thread.
Now = 2011 MK6 GTI - Reflex Silver
Past = 2006 MK5 GTI - Tornado Red and Solid Black

Wondering if any one has fitted the DV+ to GTi mk6
And does it fit on both piston or rubber diverter valve
I have 2011 GTi mk6

Thank you for the link. I forgot about Connects2.

A lot cheaper by the looks of it. Anyone had experience?

Interested in what you decided to go for. It does seem to be a minefield trying to match Bluetooth modules with MDI and radio - so many different codes and harnesses.
