Golf 5 Nav into a MK4

I think this was talked about a while ago and i remember seeing some pictures on the net of it but then came across a youtube vid where a chap seems to have shoe horned all of the MK5 nav (RNS510) etc into a MK4 with working steering wheel funtions have a looksy:

Quite interested in this although it would be alot of time money and effort it looks  :sad:

no one knows if the airbags work with the mk4...
