according to my vw source all concepts should have fogs.... although knowing vw in the 90's the spec lists are only what vw say they fit but not what they actually did fit (it depends on what they had in the factory)

Colour Concepts - did they come in 3 door form?

I know then did a convertible version but not sure about a saloon.
