Well done VW (CUSTOMER SERV)

Yes thats right , a few weeks back i got my first Golf, a Gt Tdi 150 , was told it had a FSH from VW , but the guy had no serv book :sad:

So i thought i would call VW and ask then if they had a record of the history of my car ....... They asked for my Reg , and said yes we do . :smug:  happy days !

Sent me out a full list of serv history and note of miles when done and where the work was carried out , also confirmed when belts and pumps where changed


You all prob know VW can give you this info but i thought i would share this with you.  :smiley:

hmmm and now there is murray skoda in valley road plymouth....... enough said!  :sad:

Yeah thay have just changed half of the vw garage into a skoda dealer newton.  :rolleyes:
