Average cheap arse wheel refurb cost?

How cheap can I get them done do you think? Just the typical smart sh!t that flakes off in a few months tbh.

Will have the tyres off as the damaged alloys need tyres anyway.

Just totting up doing it myself (I have a few spray guns, one's actually decent) would just need silver paint some primer and lacquer or paying.

I'll be respraying the side of the GFs car soon anyway plus my MK4 bonnet so will need supplies but depending on how cheap I can get alloys done, my time might be worth more.

Not after a super quality job!

why not do the job right and have them powdercoated will cost less than 200quid an they wont need done again if they are done right

or 30 quid on some rattle cans an a few hours prep

I think you wouldn't get it under £40 a wheel as no company would do a sh!t job and put their name on it.

Just quickly rib down and spray. Easy and fast.

Hm £40 could persuade me but they're all easy wheels, quick DA, thick primer and some silver paint I guess.

Probably get slated but who gives a sh!t.

Some £1-£2k "cars that need flogging on.

If they look good it helps. Not anything any sort of car enthusiast will buy, the alloys will likely be kerbed in the second week of ownership and they will look better than they do currently. Anything I spend means less profit.
