Clunk noise front left
« on: 24 September 2019, 17:31 »
As i`m going over certain bumps or a rough road it sounds as if the front left wheel is going to dismantle itself and Im baffeled here are the thing i did to it
new dampers ,springs, bearings and top mounts
new inner outer tie rods and bottom ball joints with power flex bushings on the wishbones
The right side is fine and as smooth as silk
The only thing left is to change the inner and outer cv joints they don`t click or anything and the bellows are in tact so no grease has come out but they are still the original ones maybe they ha worn out anyway still baffling as there is little play
Should I just go ahead and change them out?

So this week I bought new top mounts and bearing it stayed the same I was thinking that its the hub bearing so I ordered one online yesterday.
Today I took a guess after a ride and thought I should check the brake caliper to my enjoyment when checking I could see that they had come loose I tightened and went for a rid and she is smooth as silk again after 4 months of annoying noise and a week of countless searching on forums and 45 euros parts waisted I'm happy again.
