AP's seem to get very good feedback over an Audi Sport

Been considering themself as I hate the S Line suspenion but equally I want something that retains / improves ride comfort (getting old!)

Yeah the AP coilovers only lower to a maximum of 60mm so you still get a great ride, can't wait to put them on tonight

The standard suspension on the mk5 is firmer than the airlift kit I was running on the mk4, I don't want anything too firm either.

A mate is running ap's on his mk6 and the rise is great.

Coilovers are on!

Sorry for the shocking photos and the lack of them during fitting, I lost my iPhone charger and borrowed my mates which the lens is scratched to death.

Old strut out and measuring how far to drop the front.

Anyway got the coilovers on and here's how it looks, need to lower the front a bit more to be honest. Not 100% happy with it as the rear is lower than the front.

Will get some better snaps once I get the car sat perfect. Drives mint to be honest just had to trim my arch liners because on the A3 they seem to be like felt and have gone a bit saggy and were hanging down and rubbing so on my list is some brand new ones.

Also activated indicators as running lights, this is at 40%.

And a night shot of the number plate LEDs I popped in.

It's so smooth I don't know what it is with the standard suspension but it felt like it would bottom out over grids some times. Feels so much nicer!
