Always tweaking so its possible. Equally its all about finding the sweet spot. Simply turning everything up to max doesn't always make for the fastest car

Can't do anything about the flash ccounter. Wha I meant was that generally most dealers don't pay too much attention unless there is a major engine problem

MK7 does have a flash counter 

And I haven't heard of any one having TD1 issues with a remap

I doubt you will unless the car is heavily modified or has had a £50 remap chucked on it
