210 Rhyso!?

Really...So does that mean that a properly mapped 150, say with a upg FMIC healthy clutch and turbo, would reach over 210?  :undecided:

The 130 has smaller injectors........

130 has the same injectors

210 is for a non-smoky map   Anything approaching 220bhp+ is approaching the limits of the injectors in terms of duty cycle and duration

150 would need a hybrid turbo too to reach over 200bhp

clutch nd fly wheel has being upgraded two , i coped dat they are the first tins to go wit a heavy map ,
if i get the injectors off a 150 would dey suit or would i be pushin it

i beat one of the lads in a 215 bhp golf before the turbo went , wit the 150 shud i not get a bit more ?

130 and 150 have the same injectors

Just-re-reading the OP - if you are putting a STANDARD 150 turbo on a 130 then you'll see around 190bhp+

If its a hybrid 150 turbo then 210bhp+

Now we are reading of the same hymn sheet

IMO a well tuned 130pd "feels" much more fun vs a 150pd AND hybid.#

330lbft near enough instantly is what I like about the 130PD... Thats why I have just brought my self a 2005 Ibiza 130pd, I need to find the turbo torque limits at stage2.

that sounds sweet !!!

So you think I should stay with the 130 bhp turbo? vs a 150

My only concern with that is, it won't stick the pressure and blow again

Please tell me it's only peaking at 2.1bar briefly and not holding 2.1bar!!!?

Depends how you want your power delivery.  If you like whiz, bang then the 130 turbo is fine.  If you want continuous, progressive power then use the 150 turbo.

After living with my 170 for two years now I much prefer how the 170 drives purely because it doesn't try and light up the wheel all the time but a large part of that could be down to a better chassis.  That, and the fact it pulls hard all to the redline

Please tell me it's only peaking at 2.1bar briefly and not holding 2.1bar!!!?

Ditto!  :lipsrsealed:
