advise on mapping Gt tdi 110

Evening just a quick question what mapping options are available and what power/torque figures are available from mapping a 110gttdi it'll be about a 98-99 car had a look via the search didn't really find answers ta andy

Hello,

Your looking at around 30bhp/40lbft peak, and up to 45bhp/60lbft in the midrange.  Not many tuners remap the older TDIs as they have to remove the OTP chips and replace with flash eprom type chips just so they can remap them.

The power delivery will be strong and smooth across the whole rpm range, you will also gain better MPG.

Total cost for the remap =£200 this inc rolling road setup with before and after power runs & diagnostics, plus £25 for the brand new eproms to be fitted.
