Hello.

What spec is you project going to be?

Price depends on time involved, in most cases it takes 2 or 3 sessions to get the car spot on.  Our current project is a Leon AUQ which is KO4d, 4bar fuel reg TT225 injectors. and other fancy bits.  The 1st session on Tuesday was to iron out running issues with the engine, poor coil pack caused a nasty miss fire with our base maps and then cleared and the power spike off the scale. after  trying to map the issues out the problem was put down to the 4bar fuel reg, 3 old coil packs lazy N75 and a actuator are the had been messed with.  The car is due back in a week on Saturday with 4 new coil packs, new n75H, 3 bar fuel reg and a replaced actuator. The we will work on the power curve then we will aim for 250-260bhp

Hi Nick, thanks for the fast reply

Ok It will be along this spec

t3/t4 garrett turbo
440cc injectors
FMIC
TIAL 38mm Wastegate
Sportscat

possibly a 270*

There are some CEL codes that come up to do with the SAI, so they will need Coding out.

looking about 230ish from it

A Company Called C2 Do it over in the USA but they require the ECU

Summat totally new for us..  It will be hard for us to remap the std ecu as there is no MAP sensor and we have never done one yet?
When we did the vauxhall 2.0 16 Na to turbo conversion we used the omex d600 systems, which gets rid of the MAF, allows you to add a 3 bar map sensor, single wasted spark coil pack,  amazing bit of kit of any turbo conversion >>>  http://www.omextechnology.co.uk/Ecus/600/omem600.htm  and we can map them blind folded on the road with ear muff det-cans to get some out standing results

I take it your going the full hog with lower CR forged pistions?

Your more than welcome to come and pop down have have a look as some of our Omex project car and see how the system works.

Nick

as you can see it has 3" maf housing :D

All the sensors inc MAP sensor, WS coil pack, custom made loom, ECU and installation with mapping your looking around £1600  :nerd:

I am trying to work out how the C2 system logs the boost?  you will have to have a MBC or EBC to control the waste gate.
