They look class. Any link to where purchased preferably in Eire?
You'll have to contact Jason of Arch Guardian. He sells direct as far as I know. The rear sets are going to be available asap too.
@Rowlers FYI the alloygators can cause white worm and scratch the finish

They are Rim Blades, stuck on with 3m VHB tape. I only put them on to hide an existing scuff. The wheels are original as far as I can tell, so they aren't doing too badly for 7 year old.

assuming everything else checks out ok - my focus would be on the common water pump / thermostat issue.
I'd be asking specific questions if it has been done - evidence for this? - and will any warranty provided cover the issue if it arises.

The budget ditchfinders on the front would also annoy me. I went from a GTD to GTI and one of the major differences is just how much sharper the front end is on the GTI. Those tyres could potentially ruin that.
