total fluke, wasn't even looking for one as the one i've just fitted isnt bad.  could do with a run of good luck now though after how this all started!

Just ordered the following in time for my week booked off work!:

256mm Mintex MK2 16v discs and pads



2x New Raceland GTBs with new rails and gliders.

Better get the carpets ready now then eh!  I'll be wanting to get the seats straight in as at the moment its empty in there bar the dash!

just bought this as i have now found that mine is leaking!

Where did you get it from? The one in the Polo doesn't shut off fully and allows coolant to flow through the matrix even on full cold!

All looking good. I'd love to be using mine more but it hasn't exactly been roof down weather lately :sad:

Correct!!!!... well at least you can use yours, i still cant...

Heater valve is leaking through leaver, valve seals obviously gone, bit of a pain as ive just done all the cooling system!... Replacement is a febi/bilstein so should be good, was only a couple of £ more than a used one and cheper than Crazy's...

Bloomin eck, you had a few pages to catch up on then, fair play!.... Wiring in this car was fun :shocked:  Stating from scratch seemed like the best option in the end! Yeah i'm hoping to get the rest of the big stuff done this week, get it ready for MOT then concentrate on detail when its driveable... been on it all day today, gonna post some stuff up a bit later!
