Established it was a very good shout not to get a pug 306 as it dissapeared behind me in a cloud of white smoke :evil:

Today found the expansion tank leaking, so changed that. Also the metal rad pipe, got all the pipes out except one which is right next to the oil cooler. With the PAS pipes in the way, its impossible to get to the f**king annoying spring clip!

 Dremel tomorrow! That one will be changed to a stainless steel hose clip with screw :P

well yesterday ,

fitted a new downpipe/cat gasket and 4 x new exhaust rubbers.....nice easy job we thought   lol

all the cat bolts had to be cut ,seized solid.....as were the exhaust rubber bolts that bolt underneatth to the chassis !!!!!!!!!!

4 bloody hrs.........  but least it's all done now :smiley:

Well gave it a good hoover out and got it washed and dried off properly for a change
also solved how my d/v and N75 valve is close to the S3 strut brace by cutting a small section of pipe off each outlet refitted both and sorted theres now clearance to stop any rubbing of the silicon pipe into the top of the d/v :afro:

Replaced entire PCV system up to crankcase breather valve (puck).

This week;

Fitted front discs and pads, replaced rocker cover gasket, new dizzy cap and rotor, max cleaned the interior, new clutch cable, replaced brake fluid, ripped out old Nokia phone kit, water pump pulley, cat/downpipe gasket, hung up Magic Tree :tongue:

On order;

Scorpion stainless system, Anniversary wheels, mats, window regulator, boot carpet, airbox and rear washer jet!

Phew, will be glad of my holiday this Friday! :laugh:

Stripped rear seats & parcel shelf out, covered exposed metal with boot carpet.

Fitted fire extinguisher

changed headlamp bulb

replaced two fuel lines
S4 Avant. Eibach springs. 18" Avus. RS4 Intercoolers. Viper Tuned. Goes Fast.

Yesterday a new heaterbox and mk3 matrix....BIG JOB!!

Today just the airfilter....EASY lol  :grin:
