A few hand brake turns,,, OMG it was scarey, but keeps the adrenalin pumpin.{at my age thats a good thing, lets me kno im still alive}  :grin: :grin:

Ordered cambelt, tensioner and waterpump, direct from VW!!

Not in stock locally should be here in next few days... hopefully get my car in the garage in next few days

You don't own a Mk2, you support it.

Well I beached the passat - the snow is toooo deep for a lowered wagon  :lipsrsealed:

so the skoda went sledging , into a hedge  :grin:

then got a puncture



a tad of speed reduction



and is now tucked up ready for tomorrows adventures

wiped the snow off the windscreen/windows. ran engine, checked for signs of HGF :sad: looks like ive been had again! god damn

Just got in from putting back the battery after charing it in my dads BMW and removed my battery (as its also dead) and put it inside ready to charge sometime next week once all this snow f**ks off.

The BMW was a pig to remove (bolts that hold it in were as if someone had welded them on, SO hard to remove), the VWs was a millions time more accessible and easy to remove.

Decided to let a random blonde young thing drive steer it, whilst i pushed it out of the parking space i was stranded in.  Never one to turn a lady down when they ask "do you need some help with that" :grin:

Drained coolant, replaced with 50/50 mix, because im not khare  :lipsrsealed:
