Looked at it, cursed a bit then put it on charge. Gonna drain some water out of it and stick some much needed anti-freeze in it.
Lets hope its not too late! Not used it for a while

it's not been driven for a few weeks so quickly started it up, 2nd time  :shocked:, then pulled it off the drive forgetting there was some ice on the path and about put it into next doors 4x4, luckily my brakes are good, not, quickly reversed it back in before i crashed hah

Got it running, turn of the key, and for some reason it idled perfectly........ what goes on there! Its never idled right

Ah well haha good times. Now just gotta get the heater blowing hot air again because the interior is completely covered in ice....  :shocked:

Re-adapted throttle body again as I didn't wait for it last time I undid the battery.

Cleaned up the contacts for the coolant level sensor.  Dash warning's been going off these cold mornings when I've parked on a slope   :undecided:  Contacts looked OK but I gave them a brush up, level has been constant since summer so not sure what that's all about.... ?

Scanned for codes like I do once in a while - nowt  :smiley:

Re-set clock  :grin:

Today I have been mostly de-badging the rear of my TDI. Just letting the polish dry then gunna buff it up and I'll then get some pics up. It looks so much better  :grin:.

Took all red rear lights off

Fitted Mk3 VR6 rear lights

Took car for thrash

Rinsed off the snow that was left on it

Washed it

Now spraying the VR6 badge black
