just fitted a rubber guard over my accelerator as not having one on it really annoyed me when its been raining, also replaced the plastic lock thingy as it was snapped somehow by the previous owner

just had a rear caliper fitted as it was leaking so bad, i had no brakes,  :shocked:  and had to drive home, double   :shocked: :shocked:
its 11.15 and already im 120 lighter,  plus i bought a master cylinder incase as use car for work everyday, so if anyone want one, i'm listing now, for what i paid, 25 inc postage

Washed it to bits then washed it again to get the areas I missed.  Started to clean the alloys then realised what a sad state they are in.  Spring refurb me thinks!

Drove 20 miles yesterday got home, looked at the state of it.  Walked away.

Might try and adjust the drivers door again today now that I've got the right multi-spline bits!

PAS belt
fan belt
dizzy cap and rotor arm
side flange
thermostat
coolant flush

BIG thank you to rubjonny who basically did it all but is teaching me little by little :afro:

and NO thanks to GSF who decided they should give me the wrong parts AGAIN  :angry:

rubjonny has been a star today overcoming all sorts

not least the fact that GSF gave me the wrong cambelt and two fanbelts instead of a PAS belt.. and also gave me a tensioner that had a hole in it that was too big!

trouble with GSF is that it is near and cheap... but the old boy in there is such a grumpy fcuker I am not sure it is worth the trouble

eurocarparts is in reading and the bitz i have had to use them for were still well priced  :wink:

Time to sell the 3 now then  :shocked: :lipsrsealed: :tongue:
