chauffered my mum to and from bingo where she won £200 pounds  :smiley:

which in the last 8days brings her total upto £390  :grin:

she's 80 and gambling mad when it comes to bingo  :rolleyes:

fittrd my new painted engine cover
fitted the rest of the wiring kit and sub and amp and new door speakers

fitted a underneath glovbox as i have a passenger airbag so didnt have one also put a new tax disk holder
relised my ht are nakerd so now need new ones at idle the bloody thing is hunting badly (all i need at this time of year )
Just plain dubbin

Got all the bits together for a rear end rebuild, calipers refurb, new pads and discs, wheel bearings and a general fettle!

Oh and started degreasing and cleaning the shed of an engine bay.

Done lots over the weekend, almost got her running but might need to replace the GP relay and try force the GP to stay in then she should be up and running again.
Passat B5.5 2.3 V5 170, with all the extras.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

Parked it up 1/2 a mile from work as it broke down (suspect fuel pump). Collected 2 hours later and it was fine. :(
