fitted a new air con pump and did all the belts/tensioners on the passat and tonight.... I started the next project, by starting the engine bay smoothing!

Bought oak green panels, wings, bonnet and front and rear bumpers. Cardiff is not far! Now need time to fit them!

Yesterday - mainly smoked out the industrial estate where R-Tech are based  :evil: :evil:

The mk2 is not having a good time of it lately, on top of all the other problems I have been too busy / lacking in funds to fix ..... last night the full beams failed on me, started flickering on and off then seemed to be ok, then went off with a little bit of flickering on. Not good.

Have now upped my search for a cheapish mk1, the future for the mk2 is not looking good!

I may be using her as donor for engine and maybe other parts :lipsrsealed:
