Today I installed a gearshift linkage repair kit as detailed in this thread:

Only problem I had was all those piddly little clips on the link bars snapping. 2 return trips to GSF sorted it though.

Although next time I'm gonna take the cylinder head off to do it. Then I'll be able to reach it without wishing I had an extra elbow on each f***ing arm!  :grin:

Just finished cleaning the cabrioghey (0040) in the workshop. Looks lovely, photo tomorrow in the sunshine looking good! :D

Sprayed a servo unit and master cylinder with Hamerite black smooth after a couple of layers of brushed on smooth Hamerite didn't look too neat.

Pleased with the results, looks powder coated.  Good sugestion Dinx :afro:
