Coiklpacks? AGU engines are bolt down AUM / AUQ are just push down. Your sparkplugs are under these.

nice one. i did look and realised what they were straight away. these have been replaced (apparentely quite expensive) but no idea about spark plugs

is the code bkr6e for a 1.8 turbo?

thanks all. what about the bosch super 4 plugs?

my coil packs have a nut on. is it normal for the connectors to be greased. im getting a bit of hesitation when its cold so not sure if they should be greased when i do the plugs?

I don't want to post on a sticky but...  on the 1st page the best sparks are referred to as NGK201 from Hal or the same from ECP part 408440060 (http://www.eurocarparts.com/search/408440060/p/home)

When I use the car selector it says these sparks won't fit my Golf (only '97 '98 '99) and the correct ones would be ECP part 408440040 which are twice the price!  I have the AUM GTI-T (year 2000).  So either ECP have their knickers in a twist and Hal NGK201's are right, or the other way round.  I don't fancy spending £40 on sparks can someone advise as I can't be the only one to see this?  Thanks.

Hi i just did a service on my 2004 1.8t with help from this forum and with the spark plugs standard ones are NGK PFR6Q(6458). yet you can use a upgrade plug IFR6Q-G(5648) leaving the preset gap at 0.7mm on the upgrade plug.
