Hi,

I've looked through all the rules and I can't see anything related to not being able to use PM's etc. The error I get is the one below!

Hi Dave,

You need 10 posts fella (But not in chat nonsense) so go and bump up a few peoples for sale adds and you'll be able to read your PM's.

You have to have 10 posts before you can read or send PM's!
Its all in the forum guidlines if you take the trouble to read them.
