Title: Retro fit RNS 510 DAB

Hi all

I have a mk5 golf and want sat nav so have just purchased a RNS510 DAB LED unit.

It is the unit on it own and doesn't come with any leads / cables.

Could someone help me identifying what I need?

Assuming the following:
*VW stereo wiring harness (will the one in my car from RCD300 stereo be the same?)
*Navigation Ariel
*DAB aerial

Any help would be appreciated

Sorry. Also is the nav a disc or SD card?

Wiring harness in the car will just plug straight in. You'll need a dab and navigation ariel. I changed the roof mounted fin on my Tiguan when I upgraded to rns510 dab a few years back. You may get away with just needing a navigation luck but I would plug the unit in first to see what radio reception you get.
