i can deffo say that these are worth it!
i put one on my mk4 1.8t a few days ago and before my 007p was not making a noise, or that i could hear as the car is fully standard except a 3" turbo back... so that may have been drowning the sound

now tho with the S2000 filter on i can defo hear the turbo spooling and the 007p doing its job

and lets be honest lads, they look BEAST  haha

I'm looking to get one in the next couple of days. Can anybody confirm what size reducer I need to fit onto a standard 1.8t maf.
And is there anybody selling a cheap heatshield aswell

where is everyone getting there's from any group buys on or special deals anywhere? as above reducer needed?

can get them anywhere mate, theyre cheap as chips. as for the reducer, you can get it from ebay!
depending on your maf size, if you have standard it`ll be 86-70mm reducer.

I've been looking all over the place trying to find a 86-70mm reducer but can't find any. I've read that a 80mm would do the job but will be very tight indeed.
Is it worth digging deeper to get the 86mm or will the 80mm be ok. As I've never held a s2k filter I don't know if I would end up breaking the connector end with brute force trying to squeeze an 80mm onto it.

I used an 80mm one, it is a really tight fit. I had to trim mine back a little bit to fit the filter in, I also found that a little bit of washing up liquid helped fitting it on
