See I stick snowboards and mountain bikes in the back of mine, haven't washed the oustide since November, polished it when I got it and drive it near enough every day regardless of weather.

It's a very versatile and well made car in my opinion.

yeah i agree its versatile and quite well made (interior rattles, paint finish and panel gaps excluded) - but no more so than most other marques which some people just won't believe.

R32 = shocking economy  :wink:

I think we are getting this topic mixed up with the other topic 'SO which one irritates you'  :smiley:

I have voted with my hard earned and VW get's my ££££ and so have the rest of us, therefore the competion may have niches but the GTI has the whole package.   :smug:
Current: GTI Edition 35 Candy White 5dr DSG 19" Glendale, RCD510+DAB, Dynaudio, Storage Pack, Parking Sensors

Gone: Edition 35, GTI Mk6, Edition 30, GTI Mk4, GTI Mk3, GTI Mk2 and my favourite the UR quattro
For those that dont know DSG is an electronically controlled dual-clutch multiple-shaft manual gearbox

Shame the subaru version the brz is not available I'm 4wd with the 225 or 320 boxer engine.
They should have left the rwd versions for Toyota to make them different.
Would have quite liked the idea of one of them then.
