Correct link

substitute the last f**k for f u k without the spaces

Thanks for the vid. Those two laps had some serious traffic issues. I thought we were going to go into the back of that 911 at Quarry when he seriously overbraked early and completely outbaked us (he had the instructor onboard as well).

Your car appears to be very quick and you definately seem to know how to drive it.

Cheers mate, a session with dave helped a lot. Would like to go back with some working brakes next time! I was using new racing blue as well so might change back to the motul stuff if you were having braking issues as well.

Loving the fly by vid nick

Who spotted the elise smoking away in the vid then

Never had a problem with the Racing Blue in the past, it was very hot at Combe on Friday and the last sessions were only 10 minutes apart.

Just ordered some Motul RBF 600 to put in instead of the Racing Blue, will see how that goes.

The motul stuff is good, i only changed cos its easy to see when the new fluid comes through if its blue lol

I think my main problem was the pads. Maybe i didnt bed them in agressively enough and they have glazed. Ill whip em out and sand off the top layer, change the fluid and see what happens. Otherwise its a waste of £50 and wont be using ebc pads ever again

Yellows, which are supposed to be the good ones out of the range

I've always been surprised at just how good the 280mm fronts are with OEM discs and pads.

I guess I don't lap terribly quickly, mind....

After many days at Combe I've never boiled fluid or anything like that.

Mark, are you 280 or 256?

Probably the Syncro system helps a lot in evenly distributing the braking grip, as well as the acceleration grip, too - the system works much more on all four wheels, rather than just on the fronts.

EBC generally = badness anyway....

*shrugs*
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.
