Just had the cambelt, tensioner and water pump replaced by Stafford Audi (maindealer) on my MK5 GTI.
Someone on here put me on to them, they were advertising on ebay of all places! £249 inc parts, labour and VAT to change the cambelt and tensioner on ANY VAG 4 cylinder car! I got them to do the water pump at the same time, which bumped the price up to £338 all in. In contrast, my local VW dealer wanted nearly £500!
Service was fantastic. Arrived at about 8am although they didn't open until 8:30. The technician that was doing the job was in early and came out to tell me he could start work on the car straight away and would let me into the showroom so I could have a coffee. 2.5 hours and lots of free coffee later I was away with a nice maindealer stamp in my service book!
All the staff were great and the service was an absolute pleasure.
I would recommend these guys to anyone.
