Title: GT TDI 115 slight shudder when cold..

My Golf start fine in the mornings but as i reverse off the drive it shudders slightly until I put my foot on the brake. It can do it temperamentally whilst at a junction aswell but as soon as the car gets warm it doesnt do it anymore.. Anyone got any ideas?
