It's capable of being driven on a bike licence, and I think it is going to be aimed at that market. Would make a great commuter vehicle for those in the city or a fun car for the weekend, it's not something you would use for the school run. It's in this months Top Gear magazine, at 10k again. I would defintaly have one as a second car if it came into production. Sub 6 seconds ot 60 and returning over 40MPG. .
But it has all the drawbacks of a car.. and none of the advantages of a bike.
For £10k you could buy 3 very nice bikes which you can ride on a bike licence, have the advantage of filtering through traffic... would look alot nicer...
That cars just an expensive trike.
