I can’t decide between black or red  for the front and rear GTD badges what have others done/ recommend?

I’d go for black, as there are no other red accents on the exterior of the GTD to match in with red badges. However, if you’ve got the sport and sound pack option with the red brake calipers, I’d consider going for the red ones.

I have a white GTI and went for just black badgeskins on the rear. The front badge looks great as it is against the black grille. Here are some pictures:

I have red badge skins on mine (front, back and wings), although mine is Limestone Grey. I think the red stands out a little more

I've said black as (although I don't see anything wrong with it) I reckon if you went red, all you would get is people saying "He's trying to make it look like a GTI"
