Though have you considered forking out on a subtle set of anni headlight units (with the black surround)?

Chrome inside headlamps is replaced with black.  VW speed have them:

Anni headlights ftw  :cool:
Im gonna be getting them sprayed either black or dark grey i think cos they need a refurb and painting anyway(The TT Comps that is)

Managed to get picture bigger now lol

Bought this about six weeks ago its got:

1.8 20v Turbo

smooth boot

front splitter
