iv downloaded a cracked version on vagcom but when i try to connect to a port its coming up as not connected and on the main screen the only thing i can do is go into options but it's asking me to select a port, then theres the protocol options and a shop name  :undecided: how do i get past all this? i only want to read the ecu for faults  :sad:

I have had this problem with my Vag Com lead since I bought it. Something about you needing to change the com port setting and it has to be a port which is not shared. I gave up and bought a fault code reader which is easy. I live by Russell's Hall Hospital and you are welcome to come over this afternoon to read any codes Mate. Just let me know
