Would it be worth adding a post about people to avoid as well ?
We cant always go to a company that has been suggested due to geography etc and we all occasionally make mistakes / have bad service so I reckon an avoid section would be worth it as well

this has been discussed before, but we want to try to remain positive and one persons bad experience could be a one off. also we don't want to get into any slanderous situations.

Is there anyway we could have an ongoing feedback thread?
Or is that the same as the above?

I think that is a better idea than I was suggesting
Would tell you if service quality declined etc

I think this is a good idea, and agree with the thing about slanderous comments. But you can get around it just as long as the posts are factually correct and it is just a true account of what went wong
