Auto window on fob
« on: 11 November 2014, 13:49 »
I am sure I read somewhere that you can set up auto window up/down off the fob through vagcom and not have to buy the module thingy , but I guess u have to change the coding of ccm and also I guess it depends on what ccm I have ,
Anyone have any ideas ?

I've done a few with some Polish software and a cheapo VAG-COM lead. Haven't tried on the genuine lead yet.

So handy.

Where all my moneys went.

Golf MK3 1.6. Golf MK3 8v GTI.

Or...

If you don't mind spending £30 you can buy a KVW100 obd module and have it up and running in approximately 60secs.

Was a bit skeptical of the polish software. I take it there were no issues in doing it ?

Thanks
