Check that the connection on the central electrics are all pushed in firmly. If this does not help and you don't have ground issues I would take the CE out and have a close look at it. Possibly something burnt out.... or you have a leak on engine room bulkhead and water in it!!

Once you think you found reason then delete all fault codes and drive a short distance and see if/what comes back.

Could it have something to do with the crank sensor? As the exhaust has a leak would it vibrate and maybe bust it?

No, the CE (central electrics), i.e. fuse box / relay carrier under steering wheel / at door sill.
Although there is another under bonnet too.
