Jamie's beemer (The bora's replacement)
« on: 29 April 2013, 22:23 »
So I sold the Bora here it is the old 1.8t running AGU ko3s Nick's R-tec map running 232bhp and 270lbs. Was rapid and cost me a small fortune, sold it and bloody miss it terrible.

Spec was AGU, K03s with forge actuator, TIP, THS intercooler set up, 3inch turbo back and loads more.....

Here is a few pics of it during its glory days  lol

This beemer then caught my eye once the Bora went.

Bought coilovers, 20mm spacers then 25mm spacers, M-sport kidney grills, remapped it and purchased new x5 tiger claws and now it looks like this haha

It wasnt all that easy lmao but it looks alot better and goes pretty well and loads of smile per gallon instead of the smiles per gallon lol

Hope you enjoyed the little thread , I am currently looking out for another VAG car but until now nothing seems to make me happy lol

Looks well on the claws. Hell of an aggressive offset on those to cope with on an E90

2012 GTi 3 door, DSG, Nav, Roof, Monza's. Candy White..... and it's the wife's.
2013 Abarth 595, 2013 911 C4S.

Thanks all for the kind comments,

The x5 tiger claws have high offsets so very adapter/spacer freindly. Im happier with how they sit although the rears could do with an extra 5mm or so for that extra "Stance" look.

Haha yeah thanks Rhys engine AND clutch still going strong, I am really surprised as nothing in the history states the clutch has been changed and its coped really well with the extra ponies

Next things to change will be twin pipe back box, a good mopping session and MAYBE M-sport interior. Then it will be for sale haha (possibly buying a mk5 golf GTI)
