Would these fit on the GTI Performance, with the bigger brakes?

Or should I got with 225/45/17 as per the previous post by Guzzle?

I'm thinking of whipping my winters off. Looks to be warming up earlier that what it did last year. Anyone else considering it?

Too early yet.

Car was covered in frost yesterday morning, and we had snow in March last year. I'm waiting until we see temps consistently above 7°c during my morning commute.

This was 08/03/18 the day I drove down to Nuneaton to look at my GTI
That was a fun journey in a 20 year old rusty Fiesta..

Temperatures are starting to pick up though. Seen my first gang of bikers driving back from Louth the other day.
