Please tell me it's only peaking at 2.1bar briefly and not holding 2.1bar!!!?

peeks at 2.1 , and stays at 2 bar to the red line

IMO a well tuned 130pd "feels" much more fun vs a 150pd AND hybid.#

330lbft near enough instantly is what I like about the 130PD... Thats why I have just brought my self a 2005 Ibiza 130pd, I need to find the turbo torque limits at stage2.

that sounds sweet !!!

So you think I should stay with the 130 bhp turbo? vs a 150

My only concern with that is, it won't stick the pressure and blow again

Depends how you want your power delivery.  If you like whiz, bang then the 130 turbo is fine.  If you want continuous, progressive power then use the 150 turbo.

After living with my 170 for two years now I much prefer how the 170 drives purely because it doesn't try and light up the wheel all the time but a large part of that could be down to a better chassis.  That, and the fact it pulls hard all to the redline

I have had mine at 195 for four years , and it eats tyres( 19'' 235x 35x 19 ) . but it moves on :) ...  I love the whiz of a 130bhp turbo but because of the pressure I am producing I don't no if will last again since I upgraded the intercooler system.

??????????????

So it peaks at 30psi and holds 29psi to the redline..........you really dont like your turbo do you???

Have you had the car on a RR and do you have the graph??  How many miles have you done in those 4 years??

ha what you mean I don't like it man ??

I have done close to 90k in the four years, turbo owes me noting

so I am asking everyone I no the same questions

I don't want to turn down the boost as I want to keep moving forward

If I got a waste gate would it take pressure off the turbo ??

Im simply amazed your turbo has lasted that long running those boost figures as its well above its threshold
