Do a 'member search' for frosticles, then troll through his posts - he had a PD 150 and replaced his std wheels with RS4's IIRC

while those rims do go quite well it looks like they are quite a common option and i personally would want something unique

i know what your saying ridge.

i would really like 18" bbs rc wheels but they seem to be quite expensive.

spotted a set of wheels that look just like them so think im going to go for them instead.xvr i think are the name.seen them in a vw magazine when waiting for my car to be fixed.

i also noticed that there seems to be a difference in the bbs anniversary wheels and the bbs rc's.am i right??-the normal RC's seem to be more dished like in the middle than the anniversary's

the anniversary rims look so good, the place i'm getting my golf from (should get it next week) had a anniversary there which looked really nice.

the cheapest I've seen the anniversary alloys is about £800 which is about right for 18"'s but the problem with those is although the wheels look really good you're trying to make it look like something it isn't.

its not that im trying to make it look like an anni, its just that i think those wheels suit the golf best out of any.

im sure there is a diiference between the anniversary wheels and normal bbs rc's???-i think the normal ones look better.has anyone else noticed this?

just recently stuck a set of genuine MK4 R32 wheels (OZ Aristo's) on the car. 18's and had it lowered on eibach pro kit springs. total cost of just under a grand but very good hard wearing wheels. if i were you, i'd stick to either OZ or BBS. can't go wrong with them and you won't get a flat spot on the rim if you hit a stank. stay away from replica's!!!

GT TDI 130, OZ Aristo wheels (Genuine R32's), Eibach springs lowered 40mm, angel eyes and HID Conversion
