washed it and noticed the drivers door window seal is leaking jet above the mirror

its done it ever so slightly from day 1 of owning the car new but the last 2 times I've cleaned it its been pretty bad

taking it in tomorrow to get looked at

to replace the seal the door card and wing mirror have to come off as well as outer rubber strip and black plastic door trim panel

if they manage to do that without damaging my car i will be amazed

Was really windy all day but stopped about tea time so have it another wash

Car is booked in at durham tomorrow to get sorted. She reckons they might do it in a day but can't see them having it on the shelf.

No courtesy cars so I hope they sort it so I don't have to keep bringing it back in.

Had a proper look today and the seal just above the wing mirror looks squashed or mishapen maybe a manufacturing error.

I bet the get the jet wash on it to try and make it leak. Not ideal as I don't want them washing it.

I took photos of it to show them but think they will want to test it themselves anyway.

took it in to get leaking window seal sorted

total waste of time. the said they need the car 2 or 3 days to test it and find the faulty part

there is condensation on the window where it is leaking and there is only 1 seal on the door so its not rocket science

the service woman kept saying they don't know thats where the leak is for certain! WTF!

the part is £50. I'm tempted to just do it myself. I'm not leaving my car with them for 3 days so they can pressure wash my car to death

i also fitted the winter wheels today. i thought they would look terrible but actually look not too bad

monza's cleaned, sealed and bagged up for the winter
