Nice... but is that a 16v badge?!! Very 90s

Indeed it is! Donated by a friend. Not sure about the positioning, but I thought it would be like a little homage to the mk3 (I think). Might move it next to the GTI badge (first world problems...)

Been a long time coming this post!! Took delivery last week and have spent the time in-between gettting the Brescia's put on (came with the stock Parkers which I may use for Winter wheels) and getting it detailed by Matt at OffYourMarks who did an amazing job giving it a glorious ceramic coat as well as a few other niceties like the wheel hub rust protection.

Really pleased with it, looking to fit a rear diffuser as the gap between the exhaust tips looks a little bare and in need of being filled in, job for another day once I've changed the floor lights and door protectors, may even spring for some mats!

Congratulations! I need to ceramic coat mine... keep putting it off. I'd be interested to see what rear diffuser you go for, most of the ones I've seen look a little too aggressive (for me anyway), looking like they've come right off a DTM racer!

Personally I'm not a fan but that's what makes cars great as you can personalise it to your own taste. Less is more for me and badges that weren't there to start with IMO shouldn't be there! I think you might be thinking of the Mk2 as Mk3 GTI's are generally best forgotten!

GONE - 2018 Mk7.5 GTI Performance 5dr DSG, Tungsten Silver, 2017 Mk7.5 GTI 5dr DSG, Indium Grey

So I've finally picked up my MY20 PP in Isaac Blue with Brescias, DCC, Dynaudio, and Climate windscreen!

Picked it up yesterday from the dealership and loving the way it drives...

Haven't drank snakebite since uni ;)

I've taken the badge off anyway, it was just messing around to see how it'd look, but I never quite liked it anyway.

First GTI I've ever owned! I'm sure you've all seen plenty of stock pure white ones before but I love it. 2015 performance pack DSG model. It's made me enjoy driving again! Now all I need to do is stop curbing the alloys  :embarrassed:
