Fitting Audi TT Short Shifter

just phoned vw he can't get the short shifter said either numbers wrong or have to try Audi

just phoned Audi he said part is coming up on his system as a lever and is 20 something quid is this right before i order it?

It only changes the throw front to back, side to side remains the same.  Not sure if it'll fit that box....
