You don't really need elbow grease, it is easy, and you don't need to push hard on the clay.

Yeah? sorted then ... I just thought the worse scenario might be just that, a bit of elbow grease but if thats not the case, then I suppose everyone should atleast clay their car once a year, especially after the winter period!
