thanks for that, my maf readings are less than half of yours at 6000rpm, also my duty cycle maxes out on mine sooner.
weirdos on here i tell you ;)

noticed on block 25 my actual load is way out from the specified load, could this mean a duff valve.

I'm thinking actuator mate... Doesn't look like you're holding boost and if you've tried another valve it doesn't leave many options other than a boost leak maybe

me too :(, mind you it was an old valve i put on, im sure i took it off last year cause it was giving me jip, what about the maf readings, surely there suspect, does maf signals not help control the n75 ?

well my maf readings have improved a bit however, still cant get past 10 psi :(, gona try n crank the wastegate a bit see if it stiffens the spring a bit, and think about a new n75 .

Yeah without the boost the MAF readings will be low

gona try n see if i can take up some slack in the spring on the actuator see if it improves.

managed to get about 1 and half turns on the actuator nuts, (was a right pita). my rod was spinning when i was trying to turn it so had to hold the rod with some mole grips, would the rod moving make my measurements out as im assuming this is screwing into something inside the actuator, might have only got half a turn if thats the case, anyway it seemed to hold at 10 psi for a lil longer before it dropped off and car feels a bit pokier, might just be having a good day tho lol .

update, new valve on and still not boosting past 10 psi :(, gona knock up a pressure tester n give all the hoses one last check, failing that iv a ko3s in the garage, not sure if the actuator will be the same or not, could always fit the k03s but dont wanna go down that route .

Actuators are different pressure ratings from K03 to K03s
