engine problems
« on: 08 October 2016, 18:09 »
iv a 2003 vw mk4 golf 18 turbo, auq engine remapped to 220 bhp was a 180bhp to start with. when I start it 1st thing in a morning it fires up straight away, revs ok, when you go to pull away it starts to splutter and don't want to drive, but if you turn it off and start it again its perfect drives ok, iv fitted new gen maf, new plugs, coil packs under vw warranty, fuel pump relay, temp sender, checked pipes carnt see any thing wrong with them, no faults on vag com apart from steering sensor (not been tracked properly) when your driving it at flys along with max power. anybody else had this problem or know wot it could be
thanks dave

Vag com. Check it. Or a boost gauge and Down rhe Road to check if the boost its on and off.
With my customers when it stuttered his boost gauge read 0 then picked back up again.
Id expect a f**ked n75 to do the same
