YES!!!..and it seems even worse in this hot weather...a new one started today deep inside my drivers door....annoyed me the whole way home

No rattles here in Oz, not even on New Year's Day at 46C. I did notice a rattle once but it was the speaker shaking my house keys in the door...
Dare I ask, are the SA built cars quieter that the Wolfsburg versions?

Hey doc maybe you could post a how to on taking door panels apart so we can fix our own rattles as we all seem to have them.
mine seem to be mostly coming from the switchgear

I get a rattle from the dash in my GTI - only when it's cold though
