Aftermarket radio
« on: 16 November 2014, 20:27 »
Hi I've got a GTTDI and want two install a alpine unit.
Bought this adapter and doesn't work with this it looks like it needs 3 or so more wires.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/150913780183
Was wondering if this one would do the job?

It has the correct amount of wires. But with the old one I had no power at all.
Thanks Liam

Bought it and received one which only had 13 wires instead of the 16 shown. Are they supposed to only have 13?

I'm not 100% certain but I'd get ones with all 16 wires present just to be safe. Also allows upgrades like multi function steering wheel later if you decide to go that way.
