na not going with that far and ko4-001 is bolt on so im going forthat route!! 260 is the power i set out to get well at least 100bhp so thats all im looking for!!
whats the pull like with the turbo on??

I went in nicks ko4-001 mk4 from Rtec and it was really really good  :shocked: just the grand or so it is to make it happen that puts me off and the increased inability to corner.....

plus when you went in Nicks it had around 7500rpm rev limit and the car he will map for you wont have that lol as it will eventually go pop

It was fine but it wouldnt last for long and Nick has said that he just wanted to see what he could get out of an engine...

Yeah, I am surprised how long its actually been going, I know the 1.8T's where tested in the design stage at non stop 10k runs or something close. If its track only I would unleash the rev limit just for the bends saving an additional gear change.

I recon my ko3 is on the way out. Its screeching/screaming at me when boosting lots 8psi + Weird thing is the turbo was only replaced last year.  :angry:

I'm Having the same thoughts and the ko4 001 is looking well tempting  :evil: I wanna try to get to about 260ish bhp running 190 at the moment.
