Dog Wagon! - For Sale £850
« on: 10 November 2012, 12:03 »

Needed a 'practical family car' as we were lacking one! couldn't really find a nice VW estate for the £1000 budget an I looked at a fair few. This fits the bill for being a car the dogs can go in the back off without wrecking and we can chuck all out stuff in on long family visiting drives.

So here it is, I've had a few 306's an loved them so this seemed a good buy.

One of the best engines ever!  Make sure cambelt has been done. Many on the 306 forum are in to the 300k mark and only needed a clutch and obviously tyres, brakes etc.

First thing..... She will be running 92bhp, the link below is how to get her to around 120bhp. If you are near to Milton Keynes I will do it for free.....Take me about 40-50 mins.  Once at 120bhp they are quick!  Also if you are still awake at an early hour and there is a roundabout near you go and drive round it rather fast, making sure there is no traffic around first! You will not believe the grip on these cars.....Amazing in standard form!  My 306 TD after her tune made 124.4bhp on the rollers.....Very quick car yet still returned nearly 600 miles to a full tank!
