I like the red detailing although agreed the badge may be a bit much.
Nice to see it all coming together now, looking good

i might have both, i have some knackered hella mk2 headlights which i kept hold of.

will take pics later :afro:

Cheers Chris... I may still need to get a "Relay Box" off you if that's still possible?

I have ended up getting some Universal rubber sidelight bulb holders off egay but the headlight bulb reatining clip is defo still desperate.

Any good?

I don't think a semi will give the same results

The badge is black it's just the ring spacer thingy behind I spayed, think I saw it done on 16v_Blu's car once and wondered what it would look like on mine... his car is red, doesn't work on mine.

i know what i mean mate, and with your car being black on black, introducing that little bit of red on the grill does split the black up slightly.

Looking good matey  red surround not so much tho
Why not try doing the inside edges of the vw red and the face black, would look standard from a distance but up close would add a bit of 'Hhhhm Niiceee!!!'
b!tch to mask up and get to a good standard tho

Yeah I mentioned that earlier... Might give that a bash with a spare badge.

I'll keep the red grille surround though for at least as long as it rolls with the OEM bonnet as that's how it should have been.
